The programme for the Regional Head Offices at Consumers Gas
called for a distinctive yet simple building form highly visible
from Highway 406.
The
project is comprised of service facilities and warehouse space
on level one of the sloping site with Central Administration
offices and retail showroom on the upper level. The building
was clad in horizontal formawall system because of it's clean
lines with its ease of enclosing large spaces within a relatively
short period of time.

The Canada Trust building located at the corner of James
Street and King Streets is a nine storey multi-use building
in downtown St. Catharines.
Branch
banking is on the ground floor with multiple office space
located on the upper floors.

The project is comprised of 38,000 square feet of office space
on three levels at a local manufacturing facility. The design
called for a reflective glass enclosure to add adistinctive
office element to an existing brick cld structure with punched
windows.

ONE ST. PAUL STREET
ST. CATHARINES , ONTARIO
This project is located at the intersection of Ontario and St. Paul Streets in downtown St. Catharines. This ten-storey building is comprised of ground floor retail and the upper floors are office space with underground parking facilities.
The building is the prime office development in the downtown core along with the MTO building.

NIAGARA PARKS COMMISSION HEAD OFFICES
NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO
The administrative offices for the Niagara Parks Commission were located to the historic Oak Hall, former residence of Sir Harry Oakes. The building is a three storey limestone structure originally built in the 19th century, and added to by Sir Harry in 1928. The 25,000 Square Foot residence was increased to 28,000 Square Feet and made to house offices without any appreciable exterior changes.
