MACBAIN COMMUNITY CENTRE* NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO The Niagara Falls Community Centre has several partners including the City of Niagara Falls Parks and Recreation Department, YMCA, Heart Niagara, Senior Citizens Centre and branch library. The Project has two main levels containing pools, change facilities, gymnasium, four racquet courts, fitness area and running track. 	TOWN OF NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE TOWN HALL VIRGIL, ONTARIO The client's existing Town Hall was a 1950's building on a good site in Virgil adjacent to their works and maintenance yards. The programme required a complete redevelopment of the existing facility and additional accommodation that would increase it's size to four times the original. The new facilities include council chambers and public spaces along with all municipal departments. Project Size: 14,500 Sq. Ft. NIAGARA FALLS HYDRO ELECTRIC COMMISSION HEADQUARTERS, NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO The building houses the main administrative offices and central maintenance service centre for the Niagara Falls Hydro Electric Commission.
